I have been in the mortgage industry since 2003, after graduating from Georgetown’s Business School with an MBA in 2002. Having started at Washington Mutual I cut my teeth in Retail as a MLO for 5 years until it was acquired by Chase Bank in 2008. At this time I moved into the wholesale side of the space and worked for a prominent Broker in Campbell. After a short stint in SoCal from 2011 to 2013, I moved back to NorCal and rebooted my business.

Today I am a CA DRE Broker and am authorized to represent multiple NMLS licensed residential originating entities covering both Northern and Southern California. My own firm also procures small balance commercial and private money funding as well in house Hard Money, sourced from extensive family funds where we can close in 1-3 days with minimal paperwork. In addition to the gamut of self procured sources, we also have affiliate relationships with a couple large commercial and institutional mortgage lending arms in based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

We rarely turn clients away as long as they are realistic, motivated, have a legitimate need and can prove to us the Ability to Repay (ATR) consistent with prevalent Investor Underwriting guidelines.
